SpectraVision technology is built to last! Some practitioners have been using its predecessors for 20 years, so it comes as no surprise that from time to time some parts will need to be replaced due to becoming worn out through use or minor accidental damage. On this page you can order replacement items or request repair for some items. Please note that most replacement parts are custom built and the processing and shipping time will be greater than for inventory items, such as our botanical products.

Instructions for the form below:

  • Fill out all fields with a red asterix, provide as much information as possible within the form even if you've already provided it an email or phone conversation.
  • Submit the form online. You will receive a confirmation message upon successful submission.
  • Once you have received an email with an RMA#, print the email and include it with your return.
  • Write the RMA# on the outside of your shipping box. Any shipment received without an RMA# clearly printed on the box is subject to refusal without repair.
  • We will provide the return shipping address with the RMA#.
  • Once your return has been assessed we will email you a quote. Upon your acceptance you will be asked to provide payment information.

Please note, the cost of return shipping will be billed to you. SpectraVision systems (and their predecessors) must be shipped via Next Business Day or 2-3 Business Day mail.
